STAHLGRUBER Otto Gruber GmbH & Co KG Announce the Legal Independence of their Business Divisions
Poing, 20 December 2006. STAHLGRUBER Otto Gruber GmbH & Co KG has informed their business partners that the present business divisions "Trade“ and "REMA TIP TOP“ of the group will be transferred into legal independence as of
1 January 2007. For this purpose the subsidiaries STAHLGRUBER GmbH and REMA TIP TOP GmbH have been established. The new group structure will enable the subsidiaries to concentrate on the operational business on the one hand, and the group-holding to coordinate and perform strategical and operational central tasks on the other hand.
Another Milestone in the Company’s History since its Foundation 80 Years ago
On the part of the group management and the subsidiaries the establishment of the new structure is evaluated as a significant milestone in the company’s 80 years history of success and as a good precondition to continue the present strategic track of growth.
